Carrots And Raisin Salad
- 12 medium carrots, washed and peeled
- 2 cups raisins 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Grate carrots coarsely.
- Refrigerate.
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
- Add other ingredients and mix well
- (Makes about 8 servings.)
