Carrots And Raisin Salad

  • 12 medium carrots, washed and peeled
  • 2 cups raisins 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Grate carrots coarsely.
  • Refrigerate.
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • Add other ingredients and mix well
  • (Makes about 8 servings.)
