Chocolate ice cream with mint, strawberries, and cookie dough. Do you see a pattern here? Can you guess what The Three Chocolatiers, or TTC, is all about?

TTC, in the Central Market shopping center, is a store for the true chocolate lover. It’s the place to go when you want to satisfy your craving and have FUN doing it. You’ll want to stay a while, because there’s plenty to choose from. Who knew that chocolate was available in so many flavors, textures, shapes, and sizes? But, wait, there’s more to TTC than sweets! Pick up a T-shirt and let the rest of the world know about your favorite kind of candy.

And you won’t want to miss the opportunity to watch as the candy is created right before your eyes. Watch as a river of warm, melted chocolate flows through the giant mixers. It's enough to make you run to the store’s suggestion box and volunteer to be the official TTC taste tester. "Sorry, that job's already taken," said Gilbert Johnson, one of the shop's owners and -- you guessed it -- the self-appointed sampler.
