Twentieth Edition Cookbook

Green Bean Salad

  • 3 9 oz. packages frozen green beans, cooked and drained
  • 2 large tomatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/8 t. pepper
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated onion
  • 1/8 t. tarragon
Mix green beans with tomatoes in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over beans and tomatoes and toss. Refrigerate for 24hours. (serves 8)
