Green Bean Salad
Mix green beans with tomatoes in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over beans and tomatoes and toss. Refrigerate for 24hours. (serves 8)
- 3 9 oz. packages frozen green beans, cooked and drained
- 2 large tomatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 1 teaspoon finely grated onion
- 1/8 t. tarragon
